TRADUKI. Literature from South-East Europe
Poetics of Nonbelonging. Authors from Southeast Europe
In Leipzig, the TRADUKI literary network will be presenting contemporary literature from Southeast Europe in German translation. However, also Southeast European authors who write in German or English will be part of the programme. The extensive TRADUKI programme in 2024 is dedicated to the feeling of nonbelonging, which will be reflected in the topics of the 20 events in different ways. The motto of the programme is Poetics of Nonbelonging. Authors from Southeast Europe. At the fair, TRADUKI can be found in its own TRADUKI Kafana (Hall 4, D403) and at two events at the Café Europa. Literature and music will come together at the traditional Balkan Night at UT Connewitz on Saturday evening, 23th March 2024.
